「マーダーロック」は凶悪犯罪者ばかりが集められた“殺人鬼の学校”、黒耀学院を舞台に描かれる学園サバイバル。ある日、主人公・久遠光太朗の唯一の肉親である妹が、不良軍団に連れ去られてしまう。光太朗は1人で13人もの不良を殴り倒し、妹を救出するが、その夜「男性13人が殺されて見つかった」と警察がやってきて光太朗を拘束。光太朗は必死に無実を主張するが、奮闘むなしく、「13人殺しの怪物」として黒耀学院へ送られることになり……。光太朗は法も秩序もない狂った教室を抜け出し、妹のもとへ帰ろうと奮闘していく。
“Murder Rock” is a school survival that is set in Kuroya Gakuin, a “school of murderers” where only violent criminals are gathered. One day, the younger sister, who is the only relative of the main character, Kotaro Kuon, is taken away by a bad corps. Kotaro beats as many as 13 bad guys and rescues his sister, but that night the police came and detained Kotaro, saying, “13 men were killed and found.” Kotaro desperately insists on innocence, but without struggling, he will be sent to Kuroya Gakuin as a “monster that kills 13 people.” Kotaro escapes from a crazy classroom with no law or order and struggles to return to his sister.
